Good deal and it is showing Available to ship in 1-2 days, good for car that just need motor oil to run no matter the quality.

Dead already.

I've bought 100s of quarts of oil online over the years and never had a problem. But 2 different shipments of this one have had problems in delivery (I assume leaks) and had to be returned/refunded before they were ever delivered.

Bought the last one apparently. I use this in a truck with 207k miles so I probably wouldn't have bought more than 3-4 even if they had them. The next oil change could be the last. Thanks OP.

Got mine (in good shape) last time it was $4.XX, about 3 wks after ordering, despite orig ship date being a month and a half out

With Prime I was supposed to get this within a few days. I kind of forgot about it and then noticed it had not been delivered. I went back in to my account and saw that it was initially sent out via Amazon delivery then returned for repackaging (presume it leaked or something like that). During the relabeling process it got lost. I tried to get a replacement and CS said they were "unable" - also refusing to give me a refund because the order was paid with an existing credit on my account. The CSR kept saying my order was "free." No. This went back and forth and I ultimately gave up - thinking I might have better luck by phone. Phone rep told me the chat rep had locked my account and flagged my account for investigation. This was done purely out of spite and so after some more time on the phone I got that fixed. Phone rep directed me to do a replacement through the automated system and ignore the prompts about returning the item I never received because she could see I never received it. That all seemed to go well, but when I checked the replacement order status last night, it had been canceled. So now Amazon has the payment and the goods and is refusing to give me either. I must say this is the first time I ever experienced this with Amazon. Their CS continues the downward spiral. Frown

Apparently, they have some kind of unpublished policy of not resending out orders on stuff that is automatically send back to them when it is deemed "undeliverable" because exactly what happened to you happened to me. I bought liquid laundry detergent with gift card credit that apparently leaked in transit and was sent back to them. I called a rep on the phone before they got it back and asked for a replacement because I had used a 40% off coupon with it and if I reordered I would be paying much more this time because the 40% coupon was gone and the rep refused to resend the item and told me the only option available to me and them as well was for me to reorder at the current price and that there was nothing they could do about the coupon either. I was stunned. At least you did eventually get them to tell you something about how to get a replacement even though it ultimately got cancelled anyways, I could not get them to tell me that info. As for the rep who spited you, you should find the email asking you to review your interaction with that rep, get the name, and call back and ask to speak to a manager to escalate a complaint and drop the dime on this person

I'm beginning to wonder if they re-ship anything that is discounted beyond a certain amount. We received a smashed TV from the lightning BF sale and they were happy to refund it, but would not replace it. They said they could refund me the $110 and I could re-buy it at $450. Yeah, hard pass. :x

I did report the rep that spite banned me, but I don't think anything will come of it. The woman said he would be reprimanded, but then she launched into a speech about how their company believes in second chances and he should have the opportunity to correct his behavior, etc.
