Does the order needs to be paid via the reloadable debit (or can I pay with any CC).
I paid with Target GC -- don't have to use red card
Any way to keep it active if there is no need to have any transaction on target red card in one year?

Someone else can chime in as I just got the reloadable card and it has Visa debit feature, I wonder if it can be useed at other retailers b/c its like a debit card like Chime ?

Coupon is completely separate -- nothing to activate and red card doesn't matter

I ordered a Cuisinart pot and cover for $39.99 and some filler to get over $40.
I went to a store and bought food for $43 and the coupon worked again.
