These things are horrible. The little nozzle gets clogged and malfunctions. So you have to sit the box onto its side and it'd still leak.

I read your idea and was gonna do the same until I noticed that this is an "ultra concentrate" formula and the bottle I have opened is not. Strangely the "1" line matches up on both measuring cups but the "3" mark does not. So I guess it does make a difference? This may not apply to you but it may hopefully help someone. Best.

I top off the detergent in my washer anyway, as long as the color is the same, I am okay with it.

The ultra concentrate box cup tapers more so even the '1' line is less volume.

That being said, we have had 3 or 4 of these and not had any issues with the mechanism.

Replied to the wrong comment above.

It states in the product features it's 30% more concentrated per drop. So when adding the eco-box detergent into the bottle add 2/3 detergent to 1/3 water and it will be VERY CLOSE to the bottle's previous concentration. 👍🏼

OR just use 1/3 less when using/putting into your machine if using the cap from the bottle.👍🏼👍🏼

There was a recent post a few days ago for the same Tide, but 115Oz bottle, had a one time use coupon, and then you could stack a 45% off with S&S, came out to $4.5 for the bottle. I got one of those. Makes this look like a bad deal.

Have used these before and prefer the box wine format. Usually too expensive to bother but with coupon and 15% S&S discount, I'm in! We especially like the PurClean Honey Lavender plant-based variety.
