These are probably the best value dumbells you can get. Know that they smell like chemical death when they arrive. It takes about a year for them to air out

If you've not already incorporated it into your fitness practice, red light is well worth the consideration... we used to get enough from nature, the sun but now indoors most of the time, we are malnourished in this way so supplementation can be helpful. I was fascinated to learn this and maybe you too will find it helpful.

I can confirm, had to return these and picked up adjustable dumbbells instead.
