You need a time machine.
The "better warranty" is near meaningless.
I had a couple of SanDisk cards fail with total loss of data & pics and all you get is another card. While the MAIN value (pics/data) is lost.
I've had many Samsung Evo's, Evo+'s, and Pro Plus for years, all of which have never failed for me.
I'll take my proven brand reliability over any useless warranty and stay much happier.

Seems like a good deal for use in a Switch - any opinions?

Samsung Pro Plus with adapter is over a dollar cheaper. Both are great cards. I usually go for whatever is cheaper.

I have this SD card with almost full of photo and video, and it cracked. Now I won't be able to read data out of it. What can I do? TIA.

I would say no. You're looking to get a card that has at least a UHS 3 rating...otherwise, the GoPro will not be able to write properly and can lead to recording failures. it is confusing though, as the title states it as UHS 1 but the description and images on page show it as UHS 3

This is a U3 rated card. The UHS-I rating you see covers U3 V30 rated cards which this card is.

If you can't tape it together and coy the data off there are services that can take the card and read the data off the chips. It may not be at a price point that is cost effective for you. Depends on the value of the data.

Yes this supports the GoPro 10. I've received this card from a previous SD deal.

This card is uhs-1 v30. GoPro says UHS-3 or V30. If you read the specs on V30. It's specs supports up to 8k. GoPro says YES. I'm using mine for my GoPro 8 recording at 4k while skiing. No problems.

You'll want a faster card for higher resolution. The higher the resolution the greater the amount of data it has to process. Same for watching TV on 4k or 8k over WiFi or Ethernet. Your device must be able to handle the volume of data. I provided a bit more than you ask.

Agreed. UHS is misleading. It should state U3. It's printed on the card as U3. Which is also V30.
