Harbor freight. Legendary set, same as the Facom set just much lower. For those that can find in store it's your lucky day. For those whose stores never get it in stock, you can actually get it shipped to you for the first time ever (used to only be available in-store, wouldn't ship). Shipping is an additional $6.99 if your nearby stores don't have it in stock. Use coupon 85631336 for 25% off this item bringing it to $33.74.

The second pic on HF site (zoom in) shows the bits well, and has both.

"Torx bits: T6, T7, T8, T9, T10H, T15H, T20H, T25H, T27H, T30H, T40H, Slotted bits: SL4, SL5.5, Phillips bit: PH1, PH2, PH3, hex bits: H1.5, H2, H2.5, H3, H4, H5, H6, H7, H8, H1/8 in., H5/32 in., H3/16 in., H1/4 in., Pozidrive bits: PZ1, PZ2, PZ3"
This got famous because someone did a comparison with facom and determined it's actually made by facom and just white labeled for icon. It's tiny and very well built
Just another tool that I already have a bunch of that I'm going to buy anyway, thanks OP and thanks SDsyndrome.

Newbie question, what are common uses for a kit like this? Eg, would I be able to change spark plugs with this ratchet + add'n socket?

Nope, from the looks of it seems for hard to reach areas and fasteners that use screwdriver bit shapes (one can probably adopt to smaller socket heads as well but will be harder to loosen up bigger rusty bolts).
For spark plugs you want socket that holds spark plugs in place by some kind of mechanism (clips or rubber insert usually) since you don't want them to free fall inside and strike their bottom on the threaded opening and then use extension if plugs are too deep inside, I think usually 9+" should be enough but it's depends on engine block design as well.

Also newbie question, does this have any metric hex bits? Or is it all imperial?

Does anyone have hands on experience to compare this to the Facom/ USAG version?

I ordered this and the VIM tools version earlier in the day. Trying not to go overboard purchasing five iterations just to know which one works for me. Although I'm already a couple days perseverating.

For those that are doing ship-to-home, it comes out as $42.76 with a 25% off coupon. I just checked every possible city in the East Coast and there are none available for store pickup

I always find the rubber/clips on spark plug sockets never work. Much easier to use the wire boot to pull the sparkplug out after fully loosening it.

I just replaced an actuator on a door and this would've been heavenly to have. I think I'm going to bite and pay for shipping since it's not available near me ever.
