my local store before they closed, if you told them you had a BOGO they gave you literally half the meat on each sub. so I started ordering 2 subs, then presenting the coupon after.

oh man, it pissed her off. she went off, I was like ok well enjoy the subs. I walked out because she literally said no. she wont honor it, but if she knew beforehand she would have halved it, because she always did it to me.

Subway has kept the same coupon code for years lmao....but the number of restaurants that accepts this shrunk ten folds.

I used two 6INCH349 codes to order two sandwiches at the local Subway. I also used a $2 rewards bonus on one order and paid with a gift card.

That Subway then claimed they only got one of the two orders (the one without the $2 rewards bonus) and claimed they put it out on the To Go order shelf prior to my arriving (I arrived 10 minutes before it was scheduled to be ready) and that someone else must've taken it. They also claimed they never got the second order. So they "re-made" the first order and refused to make the second order. I put remade in quotes because I think they just disregard these coupon orders that they don't like.

I have escalated to the BBB as I refuse to be out the $3.85 for their refusal to honor their service. Be aware that the threshold to open a Subway franchise is far lower than most other fast food chains and so you get owners who aren't really interested in living up to the committments of being a franchisee.

That's not everyone's experience. Since Subways are generally franchise locations, each location is different. I've used coupons at a specific area for years and it was fine. I'd order online and it was on the pickup shelf by the time I got there 99% of the time. I've gone to other locations that cancelled the orders without me knowing.

JM's are also franchised, but they are very consistent like a good chain should be. Once you see how much meat they put on the subs at Jersey Mike's, you will not want to go back to SW. Peace

Best way to get the sub done correctly is to place the online order when you are literally outside of the store. That way, you are present while they are making your sandwich and doesnt mess it up or cheap out on the ingredients.
