I can only imagine how heavy this is when filled. I have a 64 ounce and it could bludgeon someone.

I often get up to a gallon. People with a ton of physical activity do it fairly often as well as people with mild kidney issues or stones as heavy hydration could help both out quite a bit.

I'm probably around 100 oz a day consistently but can hit 128 oz.

I am just going to say it. I love hydro flask. I carry a 32oz daily. I have a 64 that I use like twice a year to hold ice for longer kayak trips. but a gallon? for real? this thing would be heavy as heck to carry around and easy to dent at that size. I cannot see how this is a good idea to buy, especially at this price. Why not just buy a cooler at this price to keep your ice cold and keep the water bottle in the cooler? You can get a single wall stainless steel carrier for water pretty cheap and keep it in the cooler a lot easier and cheaper. just my opinion. disagree all you want.

having said that, yes, this is a deal at this price.

That would be my big fat ass. I probably drink about 3 gallons of water a day. If not more. I also actively train for long hours work a construction job doing manual labor for 12 hour shifts and eat a ketogenic diet so, gotta stay hydrated. Water is life my friend.

I don't think I've ever heard of water consumption shaming, that's a first for me.

I have a vessel this big and have taken it to a brewery for a growler fill... that was a mistake.

Who says you need to drink it in a day?

if you have cramping issues with keto, sometimes the answer is not more water but adding minerals to what your drinking.

I drink a gallon most days but I can't imagine lugging this bad boy around. Hopefully, the 64 Oz will come on sale-I already have the 32 Oz and could use a couple less refills a day ha ha #FirstWorldProblems

I drink more than a gallon and stop drinking because I don't feel like getting up after 2 fills. Is this super heavy?

I received this as a gift. We've filled it with coffee and brought it to a park. It was a big hit. Just don't drop this thing on your foot. LOL
