In my local store, they had been holding some in the back room for employees. When I showed them that the item was noted to be in stock on their website, they grabbed a few from the back room for me.

Charlotte NC (Matthews) had 15 boxes @ 75% off. I grabbed 10. There are 5 left. That's the only store in Charlotte that has them.

Went to my store today, and even though they showed stock online, there were none. Actually had to go there twice because the staff was clueless. Talked with the manager on the second trip. Waste of time.

All the Charlotte stores showed in stock. I searched pretty hard for them. Nobody has them until the Mathew's store. Was walking out empty handed and saw a display full of them. Managers at multiple stores say they don't have inventory tracking for seasonal items so there's no way to see what they have. I feel like that's pretty dumb if that's really the case.

Went to downers Grove Illinois store today…looked everywhere, said in stock in store but not online. Went to store, woman said oh no we don't have those bc it says 'when it shows your delivery zip code they are not in stock'. I said it says here they are available in store, not online and she said it was bc my store was not set correct and Ali showed her it was the store she was in….yeah so they are being saved by employees to resell
