Mine didn't go smoothly and I had to open a FTC Case + email arbitrations. Once I did that I got the ball rolling and got all I was advertised as getting. Take screenshots for proof. Make sure the promotions are showing up on your Account. They show up on the website but not in the App. Email order confirmation may not show both promos but make sure they reflect in the Web account.

Do we need to enter old service account and pin for buying the phone?
If I enter those, does it automatically switch service or do I get to do that after I get the phone?

One more question: if I already have visible service at the same address with the same name and it's active, but never bought a device from visible, would the offer be valid as long as I open a new account and port in a number from one of the carriers?

And it said both $150GC and Airpods pro promos are invalid.
Hopefully I did not mess up the order.
Chat rep said that you can port the number ones I get the phone. You have 30 days to port.
