2) Go through BYOD and add promo to the cart

The only reason I stayed with ATT due to unlimited data plan and 2-year contract to get the free phone back in days including FAN discount of 10%.

If you want to join a group, you can get it for as low as $34 a month.
If u want to upgrade to 14pm, and u don't want a contract, then visible will be one of the cheapest u can find.
My personal experience with visible is they deporitize real real bad when u congested.but that depends on the area and tower u used.
Never try the $45 plan.
