What am I missing? this should be a smoking hot deal. This is the current version of the 6 series, $949 at Best Buy. Last years version is still $700 at Best Buy and Black Friday last years version was $600. Even with shipping this deal is insanely good. Sell the sound bar and get probably at least $80 or something back. But is this website legit?

Nebraska Furniture Mart is an established company in the Midwest. They were started in 1937 by Rose Blumkin, an immigrant from Belarus. She both owned and actively ran the company until 80% of it was sold to Warren Buffett in 1983. Mrs B was bored in retirement so she opened a carpet store right across the street from the main BFM store. This was in 1989 at age 95. It became the 3rd largest carpeting retailer in Omaha within 2 years. Warren Buffett bought that one too and added electronics to the product mix. The company grew to 4 stores, the most recent being in suburban Dallas. From what I've heard, the TX location is HUGE. 2 floors and 560,000 ft² of retail space, plus 1.3 million ft² of office and warehouse.

My point is that it isn't 'some weird store' to be warned about. It's a good business that draws people from all over the country.

BTW, I don't work for them or have any interest in the company. There are a lot of specialty retailers that are quite reputable. Sometimes the best decision a retailer can make is to stick to their own market and resist the urge to open stores all over the country. Many excellent businesses have gone bankrupt by expanding too quickly and too many locations. Think Circuit City, Tweeter, Fretters, Radio Shack, Sears and a host of others. Bigger ain't better many times.

I called back and got them to apply the 10% coupon. So, got the 65" for 385.00 total with free shipping. fantastic deal

😎...I need to stay off slickdeals. It's costing me money. Now, I have to go home and measure. I have a small wall and have the tcl 55 r625.

I'm in Florida and it says it would cost $131 to ship to me which I was ok with since it's such a great deal but when you get to the end of the order, it says it still can't ship to me. I called and they said it's a mistake to offer shipping to you because they don't ship outside their area

NFM has had some frontpage deals around this time through the years. I haven't ordered from them but they seem legit.
