We were lucky however - we never had any issues at all, which is good because everything they do is through the visible app. If you have any special needs or issues, I can imagine it being a huge headache to resolve. But that's why it's cheaper… it's still Verizon, but you're on your own in regards to perks or customer support.
Well my phone's IMEI is incompatible. It's a tracphone moto g stylus model XT2115DL, although it's working just fine with Red Pocket on verizon. Why is this?

Service was ok, but if you rely on your phone or ever need anything except basic level 1 support then good luck, you'll need it. 1/5 stars would not go back even if it was free.

My RedPocket plan does not come due for annual renewal until March.. and we were considering moving to Verizon after that; so this would be perfect if I can activate after 2 months.
