Two months of back and forth and their final answer was that I needed to get an iPhone (I was using a Pixel 6 at the time).
So, it might work for iPhone users, but Android is buggy.
But depending on your area and how many people are using Verizon towers you might have the exact opposite experience...

I used to have Visible 3 years ago when they actually had reps you can call and it was perfect and smooth to use. But most recently I tried to get my mom this service and it was a nightmare! She bought an iPhone 14 via online and when she got it, it wouldn't activate on Visible. They are having issues with activating eSims and no one online can help since they are level 1 techs and there is no number to call. They refer you to contact support via Twitter and Facebook. Anywho they didn't help and all they can say is its being escalated without a timeframe in which it will be resolved. Two weeks later and it still wasnt activated so I FORCED them to accept my return. They tried to argue with me to wait when I kept saying no. PLEASE AVOID THIS TO AVOID HEADACHES.
