We've only had the cheaper plan and never had any issue with throttling in our area. My wife uses 5G most of the time and streams videos constantly.

But depending on your area and how many people are using Verizon towers you might have the exact opposite experience...

They have to offer this to get people there in my experience. This is the worst carrier around. They screwed up my account and I lost service for five days. It took them three weeks to get an Apple Watch connected. The savings are definitely not worth it.

Yes. It's prepaid. If you don't pay then no service and no repercussions.
Porting out of Visible is super easy as all the info is provided on you account page along with the button you press to receive the port out PIN.

I have a Visible regular plan and it sucks !! I'm switching to plus soon but since I can't do this deal and I would be paying $45 for it, I might just switch to another carrier

a new customer just means using a new email and losing the current visible number and since i use google voice on top of it doesnt even matter. u can even use the same credit card and same name they dont event care.

last yr i wanted to get visible for my dad and they wouldnt allow more then one number on one email thats why i know

i use visible currently on the 25/mon plan and i also use about 100gb of data since i dont even have wifi at home and use it using pdanet+

The rep I chatted with at Visible said this promo is good until Jan. 22nd, but based on what I am seeing from other users regarding customer service, your mileage may vary.
