These are very good nonstick pans. The nonstick coating is super nonstick (as weird as that reads you know what I mean).

The only real negative is the aggressive curvature makes it more like a wok pan.

More of an issue when we do brussel sprouts and want them face down, there's not much flat surface in these pans.

You need cast iron or stainless cookware without any nonstick coating for high heat cooking. All nonstick coatings break down at high heat, so this company is actually doing a service by stating this on the package.

Could be different ones but I was just on Costco in store and the skillets they had were made in China. Just sharing for those conscious of that.

Does anyone know why the box in the photos say these are for use with low and medium heat? I like to blast my eggs... No high heat is a deal breaker, why are they not designed for high?

Non-Stick burns off in high heat, I believe, been that way for a while.

wish came with lids even though at a bit higher price, to me they are useless without lids.
But you can use ANYTHING heat-safe as a lid.

A lid from another pot, a piece of foil you throw on top of the pan, another, bigger pan....
