I saw that but I need the other version of it, that has that intelliport technology since I'm planning on keeping my batteries on charger for a while

It doesn't have the "intelliport", but it still maintains batteries.
Per Ryobi site " The Energy Save Mode conserves energy when not charging or maintaining batteries."
I picked on up on that hack deal

Meh, when a 2pk of 4ah batts goes for 100 constantly, makes this seem not very appealing.

Same here. I may still bite, or wait for another supercharger deal. I have a supercharger in my garage, would like to add one to the shed

Anybody know why Ryobi normal One+ batteries can't drive their brushless tools at the top capacity and they differentiated into this HP batt? I have mainly Makita with some utility tools on Ryobi, but would totally buy more Ryobi BL tools if my existing non-HP batteries could actually run them without pared back performance.

You had any issues returning the batteries?

I saw the sale sticker and asked the team member but they were not able to find any. They did see in the system another location 15 min away had 40 in stock.
Grabbed one from there, and yeah they had plenty of them.

So it's a YMMV for sure.

No, just took them back yesterday. First time doing one of the "hack" deals. It's really a steal because that 6 port charger comes with a couple 2ah batteries itself. I'd jump on it if I were you.
