I have two of these exact bidet seats and they are great. The biggest gripe that people have about this model is that they have a tank to store a limited amount of pre-warmed water instead of using an on-demand heater to provide unlimited warm water. The tankless will also provide a small cost savings as heating water on demand is cheaper than maintaining water in a tank at a preset temp. If those features are important to you then go with the K300 model which is about $120 more expensive otherwise, if you are like me and don't need more than 30 seconds of warm water you will be perfectly happy with this model.
