Log into your account and click choose to change/update your plan. I do see it in my account.
For anyone who has it, how is their Wifi gateway? Do they also provide mesh network or pods/extenders as part of the equipment?
I have always used my own modem and router, but my current equipment will not support that fast of speeds.

They sent Xb8 modem/router. It is included in this $ 55 price. Must do autp pay. They will not provide extenders. You have to pay $ 15 more.

Did you try viewing as a new user for your address?
If it appears that way then maybe you can call them and ask to amend it that way since it would appear for new accounts

Do you need those enhanced speeds?
I've also always used my own equipment and refuse to use their gateway since (to my knowledge) it's what acts as a mesh node for their Mobile Network.

Thanks for that point of clarification.
I remember reading that people were actively trying to turn off their gateway's hotspot for that reason.
