Yes this is fantastic for constipation. I'd recommend not eyeballing it though and actually using a measuring spoon.

They seem to have this with the whole "calm" line. They have one for sleep and the serving size is 2 teaspoons, but man…if you 2 right off the bat, it'll help you sleep alright, so much so that you'll never have a harder time waking up in the morning because it really makes you SLEEP. I found that 1/4 teaspoon works just as well for helping you fall asleep, but with much less trouble actually waking up.
