Love this album, except I think it was single-handedly responsible for all of my high school depression in the mid-90s Wink

Sometimes SD is like a time machine. Never in a million years did I think I'd see this here…

Great album. Considered these guys indy punk, never expected to a slick deal for their album. Pleasant surprise.

Haven't seen this album art in probably 15 years! What a rush of nostalgia seeing it now.

One of the best albums of the 90's! Great deal, but already have it on Vinyl. Can't wait to see them on the rescheduled tour dates in March.

Edit: just clicked the link. I bought it through Amazon on July 1st 2015 and got it for $16.99 back then. Wonder if it was a slickdeal back then Smilie

I saw them in September at Furnace Fest. I never thought I'd ever get to see them play any of these songs live. They were amazing. This is one of my favorite all time albums.

Indie; never Indy. Indie, during this era was just short for independent and then got pulled into genre naming, to it's absolute detriment. I don't use the "e" word, but this album, and Sunny Day...I don't want to say started, but was right there at the edge between first and second wave of the that genre (despite being from the west coast). I'd hesitate to call this/them punk as that word usually has an expectation behind it, and 2nd wave, moved away from the tradition punk sound. From that era if you want indie punk look at Fugazi, Minor Threat, Rites of Spring, Drive like Jehu, Hüsker Dü.

That said, I never really "got" this album or band. It's OK and worth a listen but Sunny Day never did it for me and their live show was meh.

For me, remasters of these albums are at best a novelty. Anyone who was part of that scene will tell you the DIY aspect of it was absolutely sacred. Lo-Fi was both a feature and a bug. I don't know who did the remaster but check Brad Woods credentials during that time and listen to some of the other things he was producing, the original mix was how it was intended to sound.

This was way before the early 2000 scene kids.

Nice!! I got one of the early pressings for cheaper. I think its still sealed too. LOL LMAO
I wonder how much Vinyl would had been without the popularity rising and then with people boosting the secondary markets.
