Please stop copy pasting the same incorrect information at every remote-starter thread. You CAN NOT "Call" any Best Buy store to make or change any appointments anymore. All calls to local store numbers get redirected to their central customer service. (See here: https://forums.bestbuy.com/t5/Oth...-p/1400487) You have to add the installation option during the ordering process. It will then automatically add the necessary harness to your cart for free. You will then have the option to make an installation appointment at an available local store.

Maybe you should learn how to use a phone.

"Out of curiosity I just tried to call my local best buy. When I got the automated system I simply said "local store" and It didn't have a problem connecting me to the local store. (Though it said they were currently closed).

Cancelled my mobile order. Placed it on my desktop using Chrome and was able to add installation as well as the harness for free. Installation is pushed out until mid February though 🥶
