Actually, there are some uses cases where this plays. I bought for my aunt this weekend who was limping along on an ancient Roku and is happy with her 1080p TV.

how to go backwards is not clear. The back arrow seemed to be funky. The touchpad is also confusing to use for some people. And then disabling it requires going into the settings.

Also the tv button opening apple tv and all the apps wanting to link to apple TV.

Comparatively a roku device is dead simple to use.
