great Wifi smart thermostat at great price. App is intuitive and easy to use. I control two of them at two different locations.

A perfectly decent WiFi thermostat. Does not do geofencing. Does not do "AI" type of auto-adjustment.
But if what you want is the ability to set programs via an app, the ability to control your thermostat when not at home, the ability to check the temperature when not at home, etc. then it's fine and the app works reasonably well.
Requires a "C" wire, like nearly all smart thermostats. Does not come with a C wire conversion kit.
Not as pretty as a Nest or Ecobee (and it doesn't have a touchscreen). Does not support remote sensors.
Basically, gets the job done, and if the aesthetics are OK for you, it's fine.

Have to correct you on the C wire requirement because it's not needed for basic forced air systems at least for me it works just fine for over few years and I do like that there's no extra confusing stuff just plain basic level smart interface.
Seem like normal price. I got this in my cart for over 2 months and it's always at that price.
These are usually best to buy through your utility company website if they're offering energy saving devices. They have special dates that go together with some kind of energy saving "holidays" and the cheapest I've seen this one was sold for $45 plus shipping and taxes came out to about $55.
Darn. I need a bunch of thermostats that have occupancy sensors for an building that has multiple offices in it. I'm considering nest thermostats right now but I can't find a good sale on them.
