i have the s22 ultra, I bet the s23 ultra shutter speed is so slow it still can't take clear picture of moving babies.

Agreed. Samsung has lost its USPs. They are now a crappier version of Apple. I've always had a Samsung and for the first time, I'm considering a move to Apple's cage.

I think it depends, if you see a deal you like go for it. Last go round during the pre-sale i traded my Flip 3 + $250 and got the Flip 4, watch 5 pro and buds 2 pro, then sold the watch for $300.

Someone might have already mentioned this, but if not: In the past this credit didn't apply to the phone itself, it applied to accessories you could get along with the phone. So if you weren't interested in spending more money on accessories anyway then this credit was always kinda useless.

That's true. $50 is for reserving. You will get $200 for pre-order. Atleast this is what happened last year for S22 Ultra.

It's because the processor for the S22 gen and S21FE used Samsung's manufacturing process which is much less power efficient than TSMC's. The Fold 4 and Flip 4 used TSMC's process, but the same processor. The S23 family will 100% all be on TSMC's process. That should give us more battery life, even with the same wattage size.

Batterylife has to improve. s22 ultra was horrible. And now that we tend to have watch, buds, cars (if you have tesla), etc always connected, battery drains pretty fast, especially you take meetings on the phone on zoom or teams. Battery life is certainly one thing I am hoping will significantly improve.

I'm still stuck with note 20 5G because I hate the curved screens and the flips and folds. I may give the s23 a try or just move to IOS all together. Been on android all my life. I don't see the benefits of curved screen and the cases don't protect them well.
