Note: 7.5W charging as oppose to 15W charging from the more expensive models.

What are you talking about?
You can definitely use the device while its charging.
For people who play games or use phone while charging, the cable is out of the way from the back

What exactly do you mean?

This charger charges slowly, and whole wireless, you still have to plug the pad in. Not sure how much convenience this offers when it's actually slower and still requires the base/charging pad to be plugged in. Also, you can't use ur phone while it's wirelessly charging. All around not that useful of a device

It's magnetic. If you lift the device, the charger comes with it. Though I agree with you, that a plug in charger would be more efficient compared to this that charges at 7.5w

have you used these belkin ones? they are not tabletop. They have long so you can lift your device up and use it while attached.

Wonderful deal. Ordered.
My phone's charging port is getting finicky after a year of surf fishing. Never dunked it but salt and sand just did wonders to the port. Luckily the coils inside are still going strong.

Bought this over a year ago and love it. I use it by my bed at night so slower charging isn't an issue. It's much nicer to have this attached to the back if I'm using the phone in bed as opposed to having the lightning cable sticking out and pushing into me. Finding it in the dark is also much easier.

I don't "spend hours" charging my phone. It just charges on its own overnight. I've damaged enough charging cables and ports in the past that I prefer the bulk of my charging to be wireless.
