Hershey Family Movie Night 2023 (the "Program") begins December 29, 2022, at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 3, 2023, at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Reward Period"). Participation in the Program is only open to legal residents of 50 United States (including Puerto Rico) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Void where prohibited.
How to Participate
Consumers who purchase a qualifying Hershey product or products as part of one (1) of three (3) offers (qualifying products and offers outlined in Appendix A) from any retailer or location that Hershey products are sold during the Reward Period will receive one (1) Redbox promo code ("Reward"). A limited number of Rewards are available and will be awarded on a first come first serve, while supplies last. All transactions must be completed by 3/3/23 at 11:59:59 PM ET and submitted by 4/3/23 at 11:59:59 PM ET. To receive a Reward, after completing the purchase during the Reward Period, navigate to https://campaign.rtm.com/hersheymovienight/ and complete the registration form by entering your true and correct information in the required fields (required fields include: Full Name, Email Address, Retailer (where purchase of qualifying product(s) was made), Offer (for which of the offers your Qualifying purchases align per Appendix A), Birth Date, Full Mailing Address and Phone Number). Redemption
The Reward will be emailed directly to the email address provided on the registration form once the receipt submitted has been validated. Terms and restrictions of the Reward offer applies. Redeem and use your Reward at Redbox.com, any Redbox kiosk location or on the Redbox app by 11:59:59 PM ET on 5/3/23. Reward valid for stated discount off the fee for a 1 day rental off an eligible disc or off an eligible Redbox On Demand rental transaction at $5.99 or less. 1 use, 1 code/per transaction. Enter your promo code during checkout. Your payment card, necessary for a rental, is charged the balance of the daily rental fee for a disc and the full daily rental fee for add'l discs + tax (except where tax is not charged) for the 1st rental day. You are charged the full daily rental fee + tax for add'l days you keep each disc. Cannot be combined with other offers, prior rentals or redeemed for cash. May be cancelled/changed at any time. Unused Rewards are forfeited. Neither The Hershey Company ("Sponsor"), Realtime Media ("Administrator"), nor Redbox Automated Retail, LLC are responsible for late, lost, delayed, or undelivered Rewards. Limited Offer: The Reward offer will be in effect according to the terms of Section 1 above. Sponsor is not responsible for any computer related malfunction that prevents the recipient from accessing entry or receiving their Reward via any form of delivery. Release of Liability
The participant is responsible for any damage/loss due to use of their Reward. Neither the Sponsor, the Administrator nor Redbox is responsible for: claims, injuries, death, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation or inability to participate in the Program; the awarding, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of a Reward; or any malfunction or inconvenience that may occur.

Program is void where prohibited by law. You cannot substitute, transfer or redeem the Reward for cash. You are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs or expenses associated with use of the Reward not specified herein as being provided. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Program, who are acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner or who are otherwise not in compliance with these terms, as solely determined by Released Parties will not be eligible. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Program.
Privacy Policy
Any personally identifiable information collected from participant during participation in the Program will be collected by Sponsor or their agents, and used by Sponsor and their respective affiliated companies and agents for administration and fulfillment of this Program as described in these Terms and Conditions, and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy as stated at https://www.thehersheycompany.com...olicy.html.
