Phase 1. Take the shower head off and check the screen.
Phase 2 Check to see what size inlet line into the house is. Most likely 3/4in. Then check what the line is to the shower. Many older homes went down to 1/2 inch to save money.
Phase 3. Is to call the water company and ask them to do a water pressure test.
Phase 4. You can buy inline pressure boosters for your home if your water pressure is still too low.

If I had to guess I would bet it's either 1 or 2 causing the issue. Also lots of tight bends and long runs will hurt your pressure.

Oh and check to see if the shower head is clogged up with mineral deposits.

Most shower heads ship with flow reducers installed to save water. You may look at swapping it out or modifying it if you're having flow issues. Shower faster to save water.

We had a sparkpod off of Amazon that lasted us a few years before it started leaking. Swapped it out for a new Moen double shower head and we hate it. Ordered another sparkpod for a third of the price. They're all cheapo plastic anyway.

Ya if anyone is having water pressure issues when installing new shower heads it's because they come with a flow limiter of like 2.5 gpm which is very weak especially if you have a large shower head with lots of holes the water comes through. Its a little plastic piece in the shower head and you can remove it before install to make it easy and then you will have legit water pressure. Look up removing it on youtube. Your water bill might be slightly higher but its not illegal to remove. The government did it to try and reduce unneeded water usage.

Any chance there's one with a wand attachment?

It looks like they do have those but there's somewhat poorly rated
