Just picked one up from local Walmart for $98. I think it's a decent deal.

Not a deal. It's pretty much always this price.

It's weird the 215 piece set is also always "on sale" for $98. I've noticed the stores near me never have this set anymore, only the 215 piece. Also this set went on clearance for $49 at least once about a year ago. They seem pretty decent quality with nice ratchets. I think they are definitely worth $98.

HART hand tools are of decent quality for the price. Especially when you are lucky to find them on clearance. Power tools are also fine but bulkier than other brand names, and the white color only makes dirt stains on them more visible. Whoever thought white tools was a good idea had never actually worked with tools.

Unfortunately, all HART reviews are fake and useless: in exchange for "free" stuff.
