I hate these wiz smart bulbs. They are hard to get into pairing mode and have burned out way too fast for me.

I bought these prior to the new year at $15 and really like them. I have around a dozen of the A19 color and 20 of the br30 colors (floodlights) along with led strip lights and a switch. I have never really had any issues with connectivity or pairing. I am a beta tester for the new app and use google home integration to control the lights to turn on at sunset and a few other routines.

It is very easy to get the bulbs in pairing mode. Flip the light switch on and off rapidly several times and they will begin to flash. This is pairing mode. They also come out of the box ready to pair but they don't flash out of the box.

Wiz will ship you new bulbs free of all charges if they burn out or have other issues and are still under warranty. Depending on where you get the bulbs, the warranty is up to 5 years. Bulbs purchased at Home Depot have a 5y warranty. The ones that are a part of this deal have a 3y warranty. I have around 20 Wiz bulbs and had to replace a single 3y old one purchased from Home Depot under warranty when the color stopped working.

Make sure you hang onto that receipt for every bulb, I tried to make a claim and all I got was a hassle.

Yes, they do. I myself have 6 of these, connected with the WIZ app, as well as SmartThings.

Good to know. Thanks.

But, did you have to add a DTH? I'm saddened Groovy is no longer supported thus my routines I wrote in webCORE can no longer function.
I'm now in a dilemma whether to manually recreate them using Samsung app through their interface. Or migrate to another smart home controller?
