That said, the details of the edited OP leaves off some important info seen right under the above mentioned demand for email:
"All products sold through this site are genuine All-Clad products, even if the engravings typically found on All-Clad products are not present."
Even if it's an "authorized" all-clad website as claimed, not having engravings seems sketchy. The next sentence is: "For this event, all sales are final, no returns will be accepted."
I'd say buyer beware.

Ordered a copper core set, received a D3 set, price was a huge difference. Emailed and called, after a week they sent me a UPS label and requested I send it back and I would receive the correct items once I shipped the wrong items. Sent 11 emails in the span of 2 weeks with zero response. Every time I spoke with a representative, they would state it was still processing. The final call they said they had no such order for a return but were happy to take my $700. Ended up having to call American Express to do a charge back. Be careful with this shady place.
