Try rubbing alcohol. I usually just chip it off with my fingernails. You can use a razor blade on the glass, but not on the paint. Regular goobgone on the glass only.

Does anyone know if it's safe to use on cars? Got a bunch of sap on a door panel and window.

I ran over a half exploded spray paint can a few months ago and there's some splatter on the wheel and lower quarter panel of the car. Anyone know if this is safe to use on the car without affecting the clear coat or paint undercoat?

I would not. The dealer left the sticky residue from my car wheels when I first purchased my car. I used regular goo gone to help remove it but it ended up staining my driveway Orange.

Have used goof off graffiti remover and clay bars with good results. Also koch chemie Eulex supposedly works well too (so possibly any strong tar and adhesive remover)

This sh*t is awesome. Used one of the general versions to remove a ton of wax on my floors. Was mad sticky but got the job done. Don't have a current need for this but may grab anyway just in case.

WD-40 is better. Also works on tar. Safe on clearcoat.
