- Have your direct deposit made to this account within 90 days of coupon enrollment.

Get $300 with a new checking account and another $200 with a new savings account with qualifying activities. Plus, get an extra $400 bonus when you open both accounts at the same time. TOTAL $900.
Checking offer is not available to existing Chase checking customers. Savings offer is not available to existing Chase savings customers. Both offers are not available to those whose accounts have been closed within 90 days or closed with a negative balance within the last 3 years. You can receive only one new checking and one new savings account opening related bonus every two years from the last coupon enrollment date and only one bonus per account. Coupon is good for one-time use.
To receive the checking bonus:

The only issue is when I put a withdrawal from my BofA, they rejected and said they don't know why.
so now, I have to go to branch again to fund the Savings A/c.
Did that happen to anyone for Checking ? I have scheduled part of my pay to be DDed to Chase Checking.

My coworker is a prime example. She got 1 single credit card and does not like to take advantage of this offer because it is an inconvenience for her to withdraw $15000 from her old bank to deposit into this new bank even though she a type of person that would save pennies.
There is a saying there's no such thing as a free lunch and yes you have to get out of your comfort zone to do this to earn the $bonus but what do you expect ? Free $$$ for doing nothing ? This is as "free" as you can get when it comes to satisfying requirements for bonus.
EDIT: the answer is you have to be at least 18.

Did you already have this offer in your Chase CC offers? I am looking to open Chase checking account. But my Chase offers has $600 bonus offer. I read in one of the comments where they said they didn't get the $900 bonus as they didn't get the offer directly from Chase. So any help you can throw will be much appreciated!

1. Do not wait for an email or a phone call from chase ... as that may not happen.
2. Called the customer service and found that there was no code applied on the account. Was advised to take the code to the nearest branch and they could apply it. You can request a code to be emailed to you from the offer page.
3. Went with all the info to the nearest branch and they were able to put that code and print out confirmation of the requisites to comply now.
At least we have something in writing that the code was applied and are good. Some have success applying the code through sending a secure message. But I am not sure what kind of confirmation you receive back from them that the code was really applied and confirmed.
Thought I should share if that helps someone.
Went to a branch and the agent show me on the screen the $900 total in 2 accounts is good without any extra thing to do. Never received any email about the confirmation of the offer tho.
