57 servings at 170 calories per serving (9,690 calories total. 399 grams of protein). Is there a better deal, per $ spent, per calorie than that? (that is actually a healthy food choice. Not including calories from sugar, flour, etc. lol). For all those people who want to bulk up on the cheap. Here you go. Strong

These giant Planters peanut tubs from Amazon have a TON of the skins in there. There are pockets of skins in the middle of the tub that are like confetti after Mardi Gras. It's been a real struggle.

Not really a deal. 56oz = 3.5lbs, $1.94/lb at the one-time buy price.

I buy dry roasted peanuts regularly at $1.99/lb in local grocery stores.

I seem to recall that Costco offered 6lbs of peanuts at about this price some time back. Now THAT was a real deal!
Hmmm. Inflation? BJ's is charging $8.99 for the same size.

In for 1. Subscribe and save price: $5.77 with 15% discount. $1.65/lb.

Extra virgin olive oil isn't bad. The staple of the Mediterranean diet.

You can probably add extra virgin coconut oil to the list of healthy oils too.

probably, if you live around the Mediterranean. the oils we get months and years later that sit in warehouses and shelves have all oxidized and gone rancid. in general, oils do not contain any nutritional value...they have no protein or carbohydrates and are not a significant source of vitamins and minerals.
