I returned this model, it has a serious design flaw. I had two on different floors and it happened to both.

Hair of any kind (dogs) gathers and gets stuck on the side of the roller brush and goes into the unit. The only way to remove the hair is to open up the entire unit. If you have dogs you'll be opening this thing with a screwdriver every other week. I've used many different models for more than 10 years and this is by far the worst. Useless at any price because it doesn't do the one thing it's designed for, convenience.

Walmart had a 90-day return for us, so feel free to try it out yourself. I saw the problem within a week.

Why so cheap? Any feedback from real users?

$90+ may be the regular or deal price. No harm to buy one as a back up or for a rough use at this price

Dig deep on the reviews, nearly all recent ones are claiming the battery dies within a few months. Wonder what batteries they use and if easy to install. And if these things are losing battery life on the shelves. The first reviews , years ago, aren't so bad.

These things have gotten so cheap though you add $20 and it's be probably be smarter to buy eufy. this seems to be the fair price. About $10 a month for four month use.

I bought two of these at 80 dollars. I am extremely happy. I have had absolutely no issue. I have been using them less than four months though. I bought the 5 dollar protection plan, so I am good

Walmart would accept return if it dies within the first three months, but I don't trust their warranty. I couldn't get my money back from the farberware airfryer that died after 5 months using the allstate warranty I paid extra.

Any robo vacuum that does not have room mapping is utter shit. It just stumbles around, misses spots and cleans the same areas till you send it home. I made a mistake with some similar and returned it

Have had this for a little over a month and it's been great. Cleans well and finds it base station for recharging. Like it way better than my self-emptying shark but less than my self-emptying iRobot.

I ordered two of these around Black Friday for around $50/unit. I returned both of them within a month.

The vacuums would operate for about 15min before they'd go into low power mode and search for their base. They take about 2-3hours for a full charge before operating for yet another 15min.

Considering these are dumb robots, 15min is grossly insufficient; they spend a considerable amount of time backtracking previous routes. So realistically, they're covering a very small fraction of the area in 15min

Also, these only have one rotating brush, which wasn't clear to me initially based on photos. This means edge cleaning only occurs if the vacuum is aligned along the R-side, since the left lacks a brush.

So…in summary, this is a combination of 3hrs charging to produce a meager 15min vacuum time on an inefficient dumb robot, with only 50% efficiency, cuz one brush. Basically garbage.

Yes, you can buy additional batteries for like $20-$30, effectively making the price of this unit closer to $70-$90 after tax. I'd recommend just spending that money up front for a better model to boot.

These vacuums are priced accordingly and you get exactly what you pay for. Avoid like the plague.
