Ordered these last time and it came with two sizes of ear tips (which I think were large and small or medium and small). Messaged customer chat and they provided a small refund of $10 to help buy other sizes but I ended up just returning them instead as they wouldn't stay in my ears. Sound quality was great though!

Was $15 cheaper last month and too many reports of people not receiving ear tips or not cleaned well. Decent price and you could get a good one but not worth the gamble for me.
