Noticed it is also with pepper and not just salt. Can anyone chime in on if the pepper is a lot on this or not ?

The pepper is moderate. These are delicious imo. I could eat like 1,000 calories a day of pistachios, though.

I like both. For me the ice cream flavor doesn't even taste like it, but I like the flavor.

I don't like this at all. It's not just pepper. There is onion, garlic powder, lemon flavors in there as well. Weird flavor combo for an already delicious tasting nut

Idk about pistachio ice cream, but Pistachio Slato (salty) Gelato in Italy was my most favorite flavor after trying all different flavors in different places in Sardinia for a whole week twice a day. I didn't care about gaining weight that much since we were doing a lot of walking around and eating typical european meal portions in restaurants, which were smaller than we are used to in the US.

Croissant stuffed pistachios were also amazing for breakfast, ideally served with a cup of a cappuccino.
