I love my chromebook but found that some things will not run without Windows. So why not try this inexpensive solution? You know, for the simple stuff!

A V O I D !
These are garbage specs. I bought one a month or so ago and couldn't believe how slow and sluggish it was. EMMC is slower than a thumb drive. Processor is super slow. 2 cores? 4gb ram?? That screen should be like 320p and running windows 7…
I returned it with a quickness. Better off buying a used dell latitude… Even going back to a 4th gen would be faster. 2nd gen or newer Ryzen too…
Great. I just purchased the same exact one when it as for 109. Can I call and get a price adjustment, or would I need to buy a new one and return this one?

Highly recommend you do a Dell refurbished deal and get a much nicer machine for only a few more bucks. I got one of these a while ago and it was extremely slow. Went with a Dell refurb and am extremely happy - gained thunderbolt so USB C charging, a proper cpu, extra storage, ram, etc.
edit, looks like a lot of them are picked over from, so the Dell deal isn't great right now. I got a Latitude 7390 2-in-1 Touch for $144.50 (i5-8350U, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB).

Sounds like a good idea. I'm considering returning this and purchasing a dell refurb, though i like how small and light this is.I need to find equally light at 2.66 lbs.
Ha, agree with the "e-waste" comment above. Maybe when these devices start coming out with the N5105 chip, 8GB minimum and an m.2 slot will they be worth considering.
I wish some manufacturer would just sell a unit like this with the processor on board (again, N5105 or greater), two empty SO-DIMM slots and an empty m.2 slot for cheap and let the buyer buy their own components!

If you are okay with a desktop, Beelink makes some cheap mini-pc with celeron chip. They have a n5xxx, 8gb, 128 m2 for 135$ from aliexpress.

Bought the same one for 200. Way more than twice as good of a laptop so I can live with it. Thanks
Can't imagine how painful this would be on windows. After updates no HD space left and 4gb is bad even with a faster processor
After all updates, ive got 22 gb left. It is good enough for browsing Upto 6 windows within Chrome with news articles and similar, and Spotify. Pay more if you want to do more.
