FYI - My Costco didn't have any phones in stock (perhaps none of them do?) but they were able to order it and have it shipped to my home. I only had to pay the tax on the phone (~$36) as activation fee is waived. I will get the $75 Costco card in about 90 days as you have to wait for the return period to pass.
