I had a really tough time with us mobile. Never was able to get data to work and customer service was unhelpful. When I decided to give up and transfer to another service they wouldn't give me my account info so I could port my number. They said I had to purchase a plan first (even though I couldn't get their data to work, nor could they). I threaten to report them to the BBB and finally they gave me the account info but the port never worked and I had to change numbers. You might want to try them before porting your number because even if the service doesn't work you might never get your number back.

I'm on their trial. Activated Pixel 7 and S22U both on eSIM.

I signed up in December and my experience has been mixed. Great, friendly and helpful customer support but even though my family have had no issues with their devices (iphones/androids) on the Verizon Warp 5G service in Missouri, I've had bad luck with unusable internet (40+ seconds to load websites). That said we went from paying $180 on a grandfather tmobile plan to $115 (after taxes). Customer support also is shipping me a free sim card to hopefully fix my issues.

february update since this is still getting views - internet has been much better with no difference between what I used to get for speeds on tmobile and what I get now on us mobile. I think there was just something wrong with my account when I started with them.

Not my experience.

Last month, at the end of my 10-day trial period, a $10 charge posted to my my CC.
Four days after that, a $10 credit posted to my CC.
Two separate transactions with a net cost to me of zero.
Interesting how they seem to be inconsistent with this.

I'm on my second month of the free trial, and there's not been a single charge (not even temporary ones) on my CC.

Anyone know if we can add a second free line with the trial after the fact (pretty sure I read you could get one as long as you ported in one number) and, if so, how?

My Experience:
When I signed up a week ago the physical SIM was quoted ~$4 to ship (I tried a promotional code from a few months ago that was apparently expired) so I tried to get the eSIM to work and with help from a CSR got it working on an S22 Ultra (before they fixed it it was saying both my IMEIs were invalid). Service has worked a lot better than google fi for me so far.

Hotspot is not included in this free trial. I'm on the trial and it's blocked and only available if on a paid plan. I'm still on the fence as I seem to be getting quite a few warnings about unstable network of which I never got with any Tracfone company on the Verizon network.
Only in the first 10 days it seems. The 90 days after that are the regular unlimited plan which would have a hotspot. This is just info based on the Nov thread

I'm on the fence about this as well

my unlocked iPhone 13 Pro Max became "locked" after sign up for the trial.

it shows incompatible device when I checked my IMEI with Xfinity, Visible and Cricket.

I had no problem switching between AT&T, Verizon and T-mobile using eSIM previously.

I asked US Mobile to close my account and now i am able to switch to Cricket, but I am still not able to switch to Xfinity. Anyone else face similar issue?

I just got the notification that my AutoPay (after the initial 10 days) was processed. The email says $0.00, and I do not have a pending charge on my card. After getting the AutoPay email, I received a second email welcoming me to my 100 day trial.

After the initial 10 days you get 5GBs hotspot/month. I had to chat with them to enable it, though.

I'm on the 100 day trial and was told they will only enable on paid plan.

Try another rep. The 10-days is unlimited and does not have hotspot. After 10 days it changes to the 15GB plan with 5GB hotspot. I am in the 90-day trial now and have hotspot after I chatted with them and they enabled it on their end. Also, your plan details will have a line item that says "Hotspot".

One of their reps confirmed on Reddit that it should work after 10 days. They've also asked folks to dm the handle of reps who are providing wrong info

Are you porting in? If not, you can get only one new number. If porting, you can port max two lines or have one port and one new.

Only ported numbers get the extra 90-days. I ported two from Visible and I can see the 15GB plan to start after the 10-day trial on both lines.
