You're serious? The audio quality of the Anker Liberty 4 are that much better?

Try them for yourself with Amazon free returns. They even have the 1 ear transparency mode. The Liberty 4s are the super premium ones with all the bells and whistles. Just hard to go backwards after trying em.
I'm that guy who just bought like 8 pair of earbuds to try for myself. The apple ones are ideal for my wife who needs something that's just plug n play.
Earbuds vs headphones.. try the Anker Q45s. I had these on last night and was able to mute the wife's nagging pretty well. I also have the Bose QC35s and QC30s and the sound from Bose are better than the apple ones.
These pros are integrated pretty well with the phone and can allow u to quickly switch between noice cancellation, normal, and transparent modes pretty quickly. If comparing to Bose, look at their in ear lineup. I vote for you to buy the ones your interested in and just try em.

Thanks for the response. I currently have Buds+ and the QC45 (recent Costco sale). Was just wondering if the Airpods is as good in the nosie cancellation. I'm enjoying the QC for video conf calls and would be a good fit for the flights since it can also be wired.
I can always use the Buds+ while commuting. Don't really like wearing cans while walking the streets.
Broken in what way
