Was a good deal but as usual, Walgreens could only fulfill 1 item after I ordered so I don't get the $8 Wags cash. Sooo tired of this always being hit or miss with them.

I chose same brand substitute .. replacement isn't bad either for similar toothpaste

How do I get the pre-coupon total to be over $10? OralB are each $3 and Colgate is $2.99. with 0.24 in bag fee, Im still at 9.23 so it is blocking me from checkout. Any suggestions for fillers ?

If the deal were spend $8, earn $4 WC and you used $5 in Wags Cash, you wouldn't earn the money. because you only spent $3 oop.

As I mentioned, on pick up orders, you can't really rely on the screen info as WC doesn't credit until the order is picked up. If you have an issue, an manager can manually credit WC not earned or you can return the order for a full refund. I know it's not ideal, but it is just the downside of Walgreens in store pick up order deals.
Thanks for the reminder; I've gotten rusty in regards to Wags Cash policy. It's nice to see some deals coming back, like it was all through last Summer. I kept friends and family and the local shelters in shampoo and toothpaste for months. Applause

You never could if it was tied to spend and it dropped you below the threshold, I know of no such change with with QUANTITY deals, you are still buying 2, there's no policy change I'm aware of that you can't earn wags cash using wags cash to pay for quantity related deals.

agree wth you, not only that, you lose the coupon too and can't use it again. I did have that happen to me, I'm just going to have them cancel off the Crest since the TBrush was OOS on my order. I'll just keep the Colgate when I get over there.

You shouldn't lose the coupon... Every time I've had an item cancelled due to being OOS I then get the digital coupon for that item returned to my account.

Also make sure you ALWAYS add detailed substitutions notes for every single item during checkout (assuming you don't mind substitutions) for pickup orders. I've gotten lots of great higher priced items as substitutions by specifying things like "any color (or flavor, scent, etc), any brand, any variety ok to substitute".

For items earning Walgreens cash, give specific directions for substitutions. For example "must be x brand and must have 2 in order, otherwise cancel this item. However any flavor or variety ok to substitute"

I'm sure it will always depend on who's actually assembling your pickup order but I've had great success so far getting plenty of rad free upgrades this way.
