If there are that many available, I'd venture that someone spilled a can of Coke on a case of them, or a case of them had their packaging damaged for whatever reason.

Just received mine. Bought as acceptable. Came resealed but item was brand new practically. Good sound and great item for the price

My recent Warehouse experience is very mixed. If one is not prepared to take the hassle of returning, this will not work.

I have very positive experience with the eBay deals though.

So makes me wonder if there is any reason to order Like New at $66.49 vs Acceptable at $52.49. I noticed many of the Acceptable do not have any condition notes which could be because there is no damage to note?

Warehouse experience with this item? My experiences have been more negative than positive with wrong items, inaccurate descriptions, missing parts, etc.

Usually I have good luck with warehouse deals. Just be aware that manufacturers do not have to warranty warehouse deal items.

I have these and hoped to use them for phone calls and conference calls. Unfortunately they sound muffled to everyone on the other end. Good for music but apparently the mike is a crapshoot.

Not bad, but the ANC is reported by RTINGS and Soundguys to be virtually non-existent due to a design flaw.

I bought these in Used - Acceptable condition as well. Just as mentioned above, they came repackaged and essentially brand new.
I too had/have the muffled call issues. I did the whole process listed in the quote below and it did help the issue, but it isn't completely resolved. Based on some reviews and comments, I really do think there is some individuals they work for and some they don't based on the shape and contour of their ears. I get better results if I make sure to line my earbuds up just right, but it isn't muscle memory yet. For the price, I do like them quite a bit, but I certainly wouldn't be happy if I paid any more than I did.

I bought Used - Like New with original packaging for $59 and I'd say they are just as described. enjoying them so far, seem to be worth $60 for sure.
