Everyone says Eleven table tennis is as close as you can get to the real thing, but as someone who plays a lot in real life, it frustrated me a bit when a shot I knew I would normally make didn't detect properly lol, it definitely does feel very close down to ball spin and everything though. The Climb also very neat and fun. Many of these games have 20min free trials on oculus platform if you haven't tried it - I did the Climb 2 free trial a few weeks ago.
Gorn is absolutely wacky and hilarious physics, just imagine fighting in a colloseum but you basically move like a wacky wavey inflatable arm guy, it's just good ol silly fun
Have heard good things about racket nx but haven't played - haven't played most of the others - most I think are B tier

Some other common recommendations (rightfully so) are Golf+, Eleven Table Tennis, and Thrill of the Fight (don't get Creed, it's buggy as hell and they refuse to fix it).
I'm a big fan of Les Mills Bodycombat too if you're interested in a workout app. It won't replace going to the gym but it's awesome for days you feel like staying home and getting a quick workout in.

Eventually we will be required to live out every moment of waking existence in this.
