Good find OP, thank you. One thing to keep in mind is that, according to the reviews, the connector on the hose is an M22-15, which is not standard size. So if you need to replace the hose, you'll need an adapter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FkYBoYNLX8Y
All brands break. Depends what people do with them, or if they run the pump dry, etc.
I had 2 and use them regularly enough to clean cars and driveway or house. Regular as in at least once a month, but warmer seasons, 2-3 times a month minimum.
I went thru 2 because the first one was stolen after a few years of regular use no issues, and 2nd one has been about 4 yrs now of regular use. Only the weak handle for the winding reel version broke. It still works fine with no internal leaks.
If it's the hose connections, just need to replace the rubber washers, or thread sealing tape them properly. This portion is on the user to maintain like all water connections.

Is it me or does sun joe always break. Every time in the comments they are filled with this time of comment.

These are cheap enough to replace when they break. I bought a similar one last year and it lasted through power washing everything outside the house and siding. No issues so far and for $60 or so I paid it already served the purpose.
Same, everyone is complaining about leaking. Just texted a friend who uses one. He said his washer leaking too, but not much
Only matters if it's internal.

This looks like a very good price but a lot of reviews saying brown gaskets and causing leaks. I bought a Ryobi 1600 psi unit perhaps 3-4 years ago for much more and I am happy with it. I bought my first cordless lawnmower refurbished directly from Sun Joe and it had a problem with the height adjustment and they me a wheel to fix the problem which didn't solve the issue. I didn't have the time to deal with it and moved on to other platforms and have been happy ever since.

Thanks for the info. Do you have recommendations on other better brand's please?
Ive had a greenworks for a few years and it hasn't broken but it seems like many of these electric ones do either way. Ended getting the warranty for $10 more but haven't had to use it
used SUN JOE Electric All-Purpose Heavy Duty Steam Cleaner once and it never worked again. waste of $100 as it was out of warranty the 2nd time it was needed.
FYI, if you buy this, make sure you have lots of rubber washer replacements, I would order on eBay or Amazon, bull RUBBER washers for the gun to hose attachment, that breaks
