Same thing here. I think whoever runs the Tractor Supply website entered the wrong model information. I ordered one online for store pickup this morning, then I called the store once they said it was ready and asked them to read the model number off the box for me, and they confirmed that the SKU from the online order page is tied to GSR12V-140FCB22 they have in stock. They don't carry the other one. I canceled. I already have the M12 FUEL one and didn't really NEED another, but was willing to bite for the brushless model

Even if this isn't the brushless version it's still a great tool at a good price. I've had the brushed version for a few years and honestly prefer it over my 18v Bosch drill for most applications. It's a good size and very versatile. It definitely does not substitute for a proper impact driver but for building cabinets, drilling small holes, hanging stuff in the house it's awesome.
I ordered two for two family members. One went through fine and the other got cancelled with no reason why. Still shows in stock for that one, too, but I've had issues in the past where their online "in stock" notification was wrong.

No doubt at all. I would have snagged the brushed in a HEARTBEAT at this price if I didn't already have the Milwaukee
ETA- It's mostly a matter of battery life. I have no other 12v Bosch stuff and am not looking to buy any more or more batteries. In addition to providing more torque, brushless motors also allow the compact 2.0ah batteries to last substantially longer per charge. The brushless EC model also appears to be slightly more compact. I'm not shitting on the brushed tool at all, still a fantastic deal for that price

FYI though, at least in my area, you don't get the GSR12V-300FCB22. Instead, you get GSR12V-140FCB22, which is not brushless.
Long Story Short. This happened to me. Lowes carries the 300FCB22 brushless version that's advertised on the TS website. They price matched it for me and I bought two.

I still purchased the brushed version. Too good of a price to pass up.

Dang, I didn't realize they would price match with TS.
Thanks was able to get Lowe's price match for brushless
Same here, just a PITA because they try to make up arbitrary rules...
Agent flat out told me its because they don't offer standard shipping lol. Or another agent who wanted me to pay the 20$ shipping charge that tractor supply does...
Then another who said sale items are prohibited from price matching..
Final price out the door after adjustments and tax put me at 61.66$

I have the Milwaukee version but sometimes find that the brace in front of the handle can limit my options in a tight space.
edit: now it shows out of stock.
