- Turn on your Fire TV device (Such as Fire TV Stick or television running Fire TV)
- In your Fire TV settings, ensure the screensaver is enabled at the shortest start time, and ensure the sleep timer is either disabled or will start after the screensaver.
- Wait until the screensaver starts displaying advertisements
- Wait for the Acura advertisement
- Advertisement states "New World. Same Energy." and has an image of an Acura
- Use your remote to press play to open the advertisement
- May take a moment to load the advertisement
- Under the 'Acura X Sundance' tab, select the image reading "Watch video to receive $3 in Prime Video credits courtesy of Acura"
- After the advertisement finishes playing, you will receive an email containing the link to claim your credit
- Email will be sent to the email address registered to your Fire TV device
- Email is titled 'Redeem your $3 Prime Video credit courtesy of Acura'
- Click the link in the email to claim your $3 Prime Video credit

I left my Fire TV 4K Max stick idle and noticed an Acura ad said to watch a video and get a $3 prime video credit.
Following the on-screen prompts, I pressed play on the ad, pressed a direction to navigate the ad, pressed enter on the $3 video, watched their ad for an electric Acura, then received an email. In the email, I clicked the redeem link and now I have another $3 Prime video credit (I did this deal in December for a different ad and still haven't used that).
This Acura one expires 4/21/2023 7:00am GMT.
You can view your Prime Video credit balance by picking a title (for example Top Gun Maverick [amazon.com]) and seeing how it adjusts the price. You can also click "more purchase options" and then "Redeem a gift card or promotion code" to view your balance.

I'm going to give up for now, and try again later. Maybe the ad placement is time-of-day based.
