I don't think it covers burn in like best buy is what he's saying.
True that the Geek Squad warranty covers burn in but the 5 year warranty costs $429. Sorry but paying almost 25% extra for the insurance against burn-in is not better value.
I think burn in issues are not as common as people make it seem, especially on newer OLED tvs.

I bought this TV last year from Best Buy. Didn't get the warranty but paid the same price. It's a great TV from what I can tell. I'm no expert though.

Also they are no longer offering the warranty through the credit card. It is all state and not as good. But I don't like buying from Best Buy based on my past experience.

I'm trying to decide between this and the C2. Not sure the$400 price difference is worth it. 4 HDMI 2.1 and better processor. I have Xbox series x, PS5, cable box and a switch hooked up

It's a $500 difference... plus the C2 deal doesn't offer the $100 streaming credit.

The Best Buy warranty has to purchase separately but it covers burn in.So your paying more for the
Best Buy tv warranty but it's the better value because of the burn in coverage.
