Brickseek Question:
So it's been a while since I've hunted for a WalMart deal, but at least BS used to say not in stock or something. Unknown must be knew. and if that's the case, why even use that as a status??? We're looking on your site because it's unknown to us, in the first place!

Walmart has shut off the ability for Brickseek to see stock but can still see price by store.

Note that Walmart stopped Brickseek from displaying inventory counts and only shares the price for each store. This is been the case for several months. Per Brickseek's owner during a Facebook live event (which he does several times a month) it was mentioned that he doesn't anticipate Walmart giving access to their inventory info.

Personally, I don't chase Walmart clearance deals unless I happen to be near that Walmart. I really miss the days when inventory was available.

Odd B/S report. Gives 4 stores in the area at that price, but all of them a question mark as stock ?

The only use for BS nowadays is to know store prices. If I'm not mistaken it hasn't been the same for over 2 years now ever since Walmart changed their system. You often see less ymmv deals for Walmart and even Target (besides this last few days) compared to the past when you could actually see BS stock.

Those are easy to find, just follow the loads off poop they leave behind.

Same. Every once in a while, I'll find a tool deal clearance I'm looking for, but I haven't found a single electronics clearance deal across multiple Walmarts out of the last dozen I've tried to track down.

BS at least gives you the in store price which is better than nothing and it's 85% accurate.

My store shows $30 but inventory shows "unknown" stock. I don't like scavenger hunts, so I'm not going to go check. Thanks anyways.
