The orange arch support killed my foot, it is hard plastic not soft, took weeks to get back to normal only after a few days of wearing these. Just my personal experience.

Having to cut to fit never works out for me. I prefer buying the exact size I need. Like what power step offers.

Is this the one that makes a clicking noise everytime you step on the arch support?

No, I've been using these ones for years. The arch isn't that rigid. But they work great for me.

For less than $10, worth a shot. I've got Superfeet already, but something else to change it up might help with heel pain. A few reviews claim good results. Peace

From used delivery to flimsy materials that last for a couple weeks from the reviews, I'd pass.

I tried this for my son's flat foot issues and found it useless. Later I tried, upstep.com which was worth the money.

Idk but as a current plantar fasciitis sufferer, my podiatrist recommended the same 2 brands. They do get great reviews
